The C & F Operations were started by Mr. Sushil Sureka and Mr.Anand Datar in the Year 1976 with Lakme Ltd. as the first business tie up.

Sushil Sureka

The Group Parent Company, B.M.Narayan (BMN) was founded by Shri D.J.Pethe in 1942. Mr. Sushil Sureka joined the organisation in 1965. Initially, the business was started in the field of chemical business as Distributor for M/s. Tata Chemicals. Under the able leadership of Mr. Sureka, BMN soon became a leading FMCG distribution organization in the state of M.P. The firm started managing the business of prestigious clients like Tata Oil Mills, Cadbury, Reckitt Coleman, Lakme, Procter and Gamble, Wiltech, Wimco etc. Mr. Sureka’s commitment to policies of absolute integrity and transparency made BMN a preferred choice with leading clients for their distribution & CFA operations.

Anand Datar

Joined BMN in the year 1973. He helped Mr. Sureka in developing and streamlining the CFA operations in 1976. Mr. Datar very shortly took the initiative of leading charge of the operations within a couple of years. Starting with Lakme Ltd., Carryfast soon became a byword for CFA operations and added various companies under its umbrella during his leadership.

Vibhash Sureka

A management topper from BITS Pilani is an expert Financial Analyst. A quick thinker and decision maker, manages the group’s finances and is a key figure in taking all strategic management decisions. He leads the group by taking various cost optimization initiatives with his array of diversified experience.

Pankaj Dani

Holds a Master’s degree in commerce and has been instrumental in innovating and implementing various initiatives in warehousing and commercial controls. This has resulted in achieving better operational efficiency. His experience in handling a wide array of products and exposure to various qualitative practices have led to profitability during the recent years. He has a great vision, supported by his leadership qualities.

Vinit Sureka

Always dreamt of being a more than a handful contributor for his family business, Carryfast Group. Attending The Max M. Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University, he graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BSBA), and traveled back to India to take forward his family’s legacy. To achieve and maintain the competitive standards, Vinit focused on 3 pillars: Innovation, Automation, and Standardisation. Carryfast won a number of quality accolades during this period and began to grow steadily. Internally he drove diversification of the business in different verticals followed by healthy practices and implementation of qualitative standards.

Harshit Sureka

Partner at Carryfast and Founder of Robro Systems, always dreamt of bringing robotics and automation to factories operating at all scales. Attending the International Institute of Informational Technology, he graduated in 2012 with B. Tech/MS in Computer Vision, later he implemented his knowledge by working for the US Department of Defense, a German Robotics Start-up, along with few other Fortune 500 companies. To become a leading provider of Industrial automation solutions, Harshit focused on innovation and automation. Harshit stands tall to his promise of being an innovative leader for his organization, with a belief in empowering people around him and taking every life event as a learning opportunity.
